Shipping And Handling Your order will be packed securely and delivered by post or courier depending on the item. PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP TO UK ADDRESSES.  There are different costs depending on the item type - please see details below.

Delivery Schedule We will assemble and deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of order. Living willow is normally dispatched on a overnight/24 hour service but we do not dispatch living willow on a Friday, this ensures it stays as fresh as possible.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Costs:

1. All Baskets @ from £8.50 to all standard UK mainland post codes (multiple items in one order shipped pro-rata). For delivery to non standard UK post codes please contact us directly and we will quote a delivery price.

2. Books and Tools @ £3.50 per delivery (multiple small items in one order all shipped for fixed price of £3.50).
